Traveling to Austria

Traveling to Austria Today we packed our bags, jumped into our van (minus all its hub caps, which had been stolen during the night!) and bid farewell to Prague, the golden city of a thousand spires, (and missing hub caps), and headed to our new pad in Austria via a majestic town called Český Krumlov.

Český Krumlov is a town in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. Its historic centre, around the Český Krumlov Castle, is a designated UNESCO World heritage site, and walking though this town you can understand why.  What is so neat is that it has virtually remained untouched since the 1600's, everything is authentic.

Cool buildings and arches (which are part of the castle).

And yes doors are still a daily feature, this one one was particularly ideal for a photo shot with the in built seats :-).
